How to Change Icon / Thumbnail of a Folder in Windows XP

If the folder has no picture, then the thumbnail of that folder will be a large folder icon. But we can also change the icons / thumbnails of folders to differentiate and classify them. For example for the folder of pictures, you can set a picture of camera as its icon or for the folder with audio files, you can set a speaker or microphone as an icon etc.
